TRAINING:

Each investigator and guard must be familiar with our policies and standards. They must have a working knowledge of the relevant portions of the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act, the Trespass to Property Act, the Criminal Code and the Charter of Rights.

Due Diligence:

Clients should expect and receive an honest effort. MIS therefore views each assignment as the most important one, providing maximum effort to ensure that the assignment is completed and reported on time.


Budgets:

MIS commits to undertaking and completing our assignments within client dictated financial constraints.


Documentation:

All reports are written in a third person narrative and describe investigations in an objective unbiased fashion. MIS will adjust reporting practices to suit client preferences.


Video / Photographic Evidence:

All representations obtained are factual. No attempt is ever made to alter or edit the material in order to present a biased view of the criteria under investigation. Reports are always verified to ensure that the written report is consistent with any video / photographic evidence obtained.
